Kate is effective and authentic.
“My role is clear. I’m there to help build healthy, functional relationships that become enduring.”
Kate is a very good communicator and problem solver, by virtue of her analytical skills, technical knowledge and facilitation techniques.
In person, you will hear Kate before you see her. But don’t be fooled by her gregarious nature. Her mind is constantly active and seeking out solutions.
