“I like to put a modern twist on my old-school qualifications.”
Within each of the service areas collaborative facilitation, early intervention and mediation there are three phases of activity. You may only require the first phase, or fully engage by continuing onto the second phase. The third and final phase provides the opportunity to keep Kate involved to ensure actions are followed through successfully. Kate can design coaching and consulting sessions to suit your needs.
Continuing to tap into Kate’s services on an ongoing basis is highly recommended. You may need her continued support or the problems that brought you to Kate initially will not be solved and become more entrenched.
Kate’s services are tailored to each client and she is happy to discuss fees, payment terms and other arrangements, prior to embarking on a job. Kate has Terms of Service which she will ask you to enter.
Depending on what is required, she may charge an hourly, half- or full-day rate.
Hourly rate: $250
Half-day rate: $850
Full-day rate: $1500
All rates are excluding GST and expenses (such as travel or venue hire) are on-charged.
Kate is open to a fixed fee or a capped price for identified work such as coaching sessions. You can also discuss a retainer (fixed-priced periodic fee, usually on a monthly basis) for identified work over an agreed period of time.
Invoicing is monthly or upon completion of the work and payment is due within 7 days.
Kate is available to act as mediator on the terms outlined in her mediation agreement. The parties (or lawyers, where lawyers are involved) are responsible for her fee.
